Today Jamies Catering & Events are excited to welcome Antonio Costa as Executive Sous Chef to our growing kitchen team. Antonio's background and experience all comes from fine dining and most recently he was Sous Chef at an exceptional and world famous 5* hotel, golf club & spa. The influence, passion and knowledge to food Antonio will bring to us will be second to none and if goes without saying, we're all excited with this appointment. 
Watch this space for our new and forthcoming tasting menus! This will obviously be fine dining at it's best, implementing the very best of seasonal and local produce we have available. In addition we're working closely with our wine supplier who will be recommending wine paring for each tasting course to ensure a complete and wonderful experience will be on offer.

What a great day at The Copse wedding open-day today. So nice meeting face to face all the potential clients that will hopefully confirm the Jamies Catering & Events team for their upcoming wedding at this breathtaking venue. Additionally meeting the couples who have already booked with us this year. 
The pictures only show half the story with this amazing setting. No wonder this venue gets fully booked so quickly, well worth a consideration if looking for a great wedding or even weekend property rental venue. Booking for the 2020 season soon!
